The private beach was immaculate and featured very comfy loungers. the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! with a wide selection of international and local dishes. I really enjoyed the fresh fruit station.
the wait times for elevators during peak hours could be a little long.

This hotel has a beautiful private beach. The service was prompt (they quickly addressed all my requests). I found many dining options available onsite. The breakfast had an amazing variety of fresh pastries and fruits.
The elevators were a bit slow during peak hours.

The breakfast buffet offered a large selection. The staff promptly assisted via WhatsApp, a very convenient feature. Since it was my anniversary, the staff delivered a beautiful and tasty cake to the room. I appreciated this special touch.
The pool area seemed crowded. Reserving a sunbed after 8 AM was very difficult.

the heated pool was a definite plus. the kids club offered nice activities for the little ones. the beach location was superb with direct access, a great feature. the breakfast had a wide choice of products, really tasty.
Check-in was slow. I had to wait a while. there was a lot of noise while sunbathing with multiple places playing music. the restaurant setup lacked atmosphere. It felt a bit disjointed.

I found the hotel new and clean. Staff ensured customer service was central to its offering. The friendly security and concierge were always available. Room cleaning staff kept everything in order.
The location presented a minor inconvenience. Exiting the Palm requires a drive around the perimeter road. This adds about four minutes to the trip.
